To any hockey fans who visit this site, you may be interested in the latest news (in case you haven't heard already) that Philadelphia has traded the great Peter Forsberg to Nashville. In a push to strengthen Nashville's run for the Stanley Cup, we gave up two players and two 1st round '07 draft picks. Well worth it considering the two we traded away weren't even a factor in the Preds current success. For those who don't know (and probably don't care), Forsberg is one of the greatest players in the NHL today, as well as in the game's history. His talent will surely keep the Predators in and around the #1 spot and take them deep into the post-season. An exciting day for sure, unless you are a Flyers fan. Sorry Philly, it's not like y'all had a shot at the playoffs anyway.
